RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:


For an effective return or exchange of RHEA: The Label products, it is recommended to read the following policies:



RETURN AND EXCHANGE


  1. The period that the client will have to request the return of a product will be 10 calendar days counting from the moment the product is delivered. Returns caused by misuse of the product are not accepted.

  1. Product return specifications:
  • The product must be complete, in perfect condition for sale.
  • It must be found with original tags, as received.
  • The product must not have been used, washed, or stained.
  • The product must match the original purchase order.

 

  1. To proceed with the return, an email must be sent to contacto.rhea@gmail.com with the following information:

- Client’s full name.

- Cell phone number.

- Order Number.

- Product name and size.

- Date when the purchase was made.

- Reason for which the product is returned.

- If an exchange is being solicited, please indicate the product with details (size, color) you wish to receive in exchange. 

 

  1. You must wait for the email confirmation to begin the return process, which will be arriving in approximately 2-3 business days.
  • The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return or exchange of the product. To do this, you must deliver your package at the counter or schedule its recollection from home in the parcel of choice with the item (s) packed in a properly sealed shipping bag or box; as well as correctly include the shipping address that will be provided by email.
  • If the product meets the specifications for the shipment to be covered by RHEA: The Label, a prepaid (standard) guide will be sent to you for the return of the product. Said return guide expires 5 calendar days after being generated, if it is not sent within that period, the return process will be canceled and the return will no longer be accepted.


  1. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or in a wrong size/color to that stipulated in the original order, the return is under the responsibility of the company. Photographic evidence must be sent to contacto.rhea@gmail.com. The return must be approved before continuing with the process. If the product meets the above specifications, the return will be approved. Once the return is credited, these steps must be followed:

When you receive your guide by email:

  • Pack the item(s) in a perfectly sealed shipping box or bag (or reuse the one we sent).
  • Print the return guide that you received by e-mail.
  • Place the shipping guide onto the packaging (covering it completely with clear tape or plastic so that the guide is not damaged and remains 100% visible).
  • Go to the nearest branch of your guide's parcel or call by phone to request the recollection at your home. (You have 5 business days to send the package with corresponding item(s), if it is not sent within that period, the return process will be canceled and the return will no longer be accepted).
  • As soon as your package is received * and it is approved that it meets the aforementioned conditions, the client will be granted store credit in the form of a unique code valid for two months (60 calendar days) for the original amount of the purchase (before shipping costs).

* As soon as you receive the package, it may take 3-5 business days for the return to be approved or not.



  1. If the customer wants to exchange an item(s) for another size or color, or return the item(s), the cost of shipping the return or exchange is to be covered by the customer. Once approved by email, the customer must send the item(s) to the address of origin (provided in the same email) on their own (you have 5 business days to send the item(s) from the moment the email is received. If it is not sent within that period, the return process will be canceled and will no longer be accepted.)
  • As soon as your package is received * and it is approved that it meets the aforementioned conditions, the client will be granted store credit in the form of a unique code valid for two months (60 calendar days) for the original amount of the purchase (before shipping costs).


IMPORTANT

RHEA: The Label will be waiting to physically receive the returned product to certify that it meets the return specifications. *

‍ * In case the product does not have the aforementioned specifications (that is, if it is received worn, stained, unlabeled, washed or damaged) the return will not be approved or refunded and the product will be returned to the customer's address with the original parts, as received.


  1. The unique return code is not applicable with other promotions. You can buy a product(s) of greater or equal value to the original purchase amount and cover the difference by the preferred payment method. The unique return code will be automatically sent to the email registered in the original purchase after the return is received and approved. (The coupon can only be used in a single exhibition. In case the total balance is not used, the rest cannot be used for future purchases.) The unique return code is valid for two months (60 calendar days ) from code generation.

‍8. In no case will refund be made to the customer in cash, bank transfer, or by deposit. The return is made exclusively as a store credit valid for two months (60 calendar days) from the generation of the unique return code. If the customer wants to receive store credit instead of product exchange when making a return, he/she can do so. You must specify it at the time of requesting the return, sending an email to contacto.rhea@gmail.com for it to be approved. You must buy another product of the same or higher price in the store since if you buy a product with a lower price, the remainder will not be rewarded for future purchases or orders.


‍9. The cost of shipping the new items will have to be covered by the customer, as it does not apply to the return. Only ONE change per order will be allowed.

‍We reserve the right to modify or change the return policies at any time, so you should review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after they are posted on the website. If we make significant changes to this policy, it will be notified that it has been updated via email.


We are not financially responsible for packages sent to the wrong address if the mistake was made by the customer.
